How much do you charge for delivery?
We have a flat rate of $9.00 Sydney wide. We can sometimes do a little further out..please check with us before ordering.
Can I customize my Waffle Sticks box?
Absolutely! Just make your selection when checking out and we will get your box customized. If you are happy with the box as is make no selection and check out.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
If you do need to change your order in anyway please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes...provided you have given us at least 48 hours notice however a 20% cancellation fee will apply. Any orders cancelled within 2 days of delivery unfortunately cannot be refunded.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders will be dispatched on your selected day between the hours of 9am and 5pm to a business address and 8:30am - 6:00pm to residential.
If due to unforeseen circumstances we need to deliver outside of these times or at your request we will stay in contact to ensure your box gets delivered.
What days do you deliver?
We deliver Monday - Saturday and have limited spaces available for Sunday...please email firstname.lastname@example.org to check before placing your order.

Is there an added fee if more boxes are ordered?
You can order up to 3 boxes to the same address for no extra cost. Each additional box will be charged at $5.00.
Are there nuts in your Waffle Sticks?
Yes... we work with many products that contain nuts and unfortunately cant ensure our Waffle Sticks are nut free.
Do you have a cut off time for next day deliveries?
Yes...we can take orders up until 4pm for a next day delivery.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
We will do everything possible to make sure you get your delivery for the day you ordered it. We will call the number on the order and leave the box in a safe place if instructed however we always try and ensure we hand the box to someone and obtain a signature of delivery.
If the box cannot be left at the address provided we will leave a note with instructions on what to do next.
Can I request a specified delivery time?
Unfortunately due to the number or orders we have we cannot take requests for specific delivery times. You can expect to receive your order between 9am and 5pm on your delivery day.
Can I track my order?
Yes...we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your order.
Please ensure you keep your email with the link to track directly with our couriers.
Can I send a personal message with my order?
Yes! of course you can. Please enter your message in the notes section when checking out.
